I like the way the work flow system works, look at the chart below, it kinds of simple and nice.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">This chart shows how you perform you task when it comes to you. Basically, once you have the task collected, decide immediately if it requires any action, if yes, do it now if it takes less than 2 minutes, otherwise, you either delegate it or defer to do it later with an action plan. If it does not requires any action, delete the task or file it for reference later.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">I found it quite simple and easy to follow for me. I think I will adopt it and test it for few weeks and see how it will help me in my work.</p>
