My boss taught me something yesterday as a good consultant, so what is that? I heard someone asking…… 
The answer is:
When you provide your consultancy service to your customer, DO NOT, yes, DO NOT just provide solution that fit into customer’s environment, you HAVE to let your customer the BEST PRACTICE in the market and how this BEST PRACTICE can help their environment.
And
If you see something that is not right in customer environment, you have to TELL customer, DO NOT just provide solution that fits their environment.
Mmm…… I think he is right, from certain perspectives.
